"Don't worry," spoke her mom, "It'll stop soon. Right, Omo?"
Omo was the rabbit family's Omochao. He acted as Cream's father and told her everthing he knew (which was just about everthing!)
After an hour of screaming, the storm died out, and it was only rain.
"Good night mom! Good night Omo!" said Cream as she climbed up the stairs.
"Good night Cream!" Vanilla and Omo chanted back, tiredly. Barely a minute later Cream ran down stairs complaining about the police car sirens outside.
"They're really noisy!" she moaned. Vanilla went outside with Omo to investigate, while Cream hid under her covers with a sleeping Cheese and Chocola. Indeed, there were police cars in every direction, driving towards the Town Hall... and Sonic was following them...
Vanilla strolled down to Town Hall in the rain and watched the scene from behind the wall. A terrifying monster made entirely of water leapt off of the top of the building without harming himself. The police shot bullets into the creature rapidly... or they should've. The bullets merely spilled onto the floor. Vanilla watched as Sonic appeared, defeated the beast and sped away. At least Cream didn't see that, thought Vanilla.
The next day, Vanilla took Cream shopping. The bought thousands of flowers, lilies, jasmines, roses...
"Moma," began Cream "Do you know where Amy is?" she asked.
"No." Vanilla replied. "but..." suddenly the city turned dark.
"Moma..." Cream cried. A huge battleship, made almost entirely of red metal, loomed over Station Square. It began to fly away, but not before a large orange Eggman... "Robot!" Cream screamed. The robot grabbed hold of her.
"You will not take my daughter you..." but too late, the robot had began to levitate high into the sky and into the flying fortress.
"Moma!"
Walking closer and closer with the chao of the shrine behind her, they walked up... up the stairs to the top... where a giant emerald stood... she turned to face the chao, "Not much longer... the time'll come soon..."
Cream awoke. Where am I? she thought. She looked around. It was a small room, made entirely of red and grey metal. Where a wall should be, a long line of tall steel bars stood. She knew where she was... Eggman's flying fortress. But where is mama? she thought.
